Rogoznica lies on the Šibenik shoreline, and with its tiny islands, its national parks, and its great richness in cultural and historic monuments, it is the real pearl of the Northern Dalmatian coast. Here on the Šibenik shore there are two national parks. In the Krka Waterfall National Park one can see the canyon of the river Krka and the lakes and waterfalls it has created, while in the Kornati Islands National Park one can contemplate the beauty of the archipelago, a pleasant scenery of stone, sea and silence.

Any visitor to the old town of Šibenik, its fortifications, its monuments and numerous churches, cannot fail to feel the blend of the many cultures who have left their mark on this region, marks which are now part of its beauty. The Šibenik coast and Murter island are renowned for their fishing tradition, and offer the chance to catch swordfish and tuna.

The village of Primošten lies on an island which five centuries ago was connected to the mainland by the natives who used earth in a process known as “suha” or dry pointing. In the natural historical surroundings of the Šibenik coast one finds many opportunities for excursions, and for enjoying the sea and its peacefulness.
