Sail Yacht in Skiathos

Skiathos is one of the Esporades islands in the Aegean Sea. It has 44 km of incredible beaches and together with Skopelos boasts especially stunning and luxuriant scenery quite different from the other islands. It faces Mount Pilion and the northern part of the great island of Eubea. It is to be recommended that, starting from this island, one can go further to the beautiful Skópelos, which is nearby, and include a stop at the romantic and solitary isle of Alónisos.

Skiathos has more than 70 beaches on its shores Skiathos city is a harbour which handles small ships, and the ferry services which unite it with Skopelos, Volos, Agios Konstantinos and the mainland of Greece.

Skiathos contrasts surprisingly with other islands for its greenness and fertility, and its mild and temperate climate. Far from the tourist circuit, it offers visitors warm and crystalline water, and fine white sandy beaches bordered by pines and eucalyptus woods.
