IMPORTANT: We inform the client that if the total number of received bookings for any of TSCH's catamarans does not reach the minimum of 10 people for the day the client have selected to book, TSCH will cancel the departure of the catamaran for that day and the amount of the booking will be refunded. Cancellation by the client will not entitle the client to the payment of the amount of the reservation made at TSCH or with the semi-rigid boats of our partner RIB SPECTATOR in any case, except if it responds to any of the following requirements: adverse weather in Barcelona, unfavorable sea conditions for safe navigation or cancellation of the regattas by the Official Organization of the America's Cup for any reason. TSCH and RIB SPECTATOR reserve the right to cancel the departures of their boats due to any of these force majeure events.
TREATMENT RESPONSIBLE: TOP SAILING CHARTER, S.L.
PURPOSE: Respond to the user's request and, in the event of acceptance of commercial communications, keep them informed about offers and news.
LEGITIMATION: Consent of the interested part.
ASSIGNMENTS and TRANSFERS: The transfer of your data to the Mailchimp entity, located in the USA, is expected, apart from those necessary by legal obligation and/or judicial requirement.
RIGHTS: Access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability, revocation of consent. If you consider that the treatment of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can go to the Control Authority (www.aepd.es).
