Day 1

Palma de Mallorca - Andrach

22.4 nautical miles

Majestic Palma, the capital of Mallorca, is our starting point. The monumental cathedral overlooking the city’s port is proof that we are about to discover an island steeped in history and breathtaking beauty. Strolling along its seafront promenade, visiting La Seu and the surrounding streets dotted with stately mansions is an excellent way to get a feel for the city before setting sail on our rental boat. It is also a good time to think about the shopping that will stock our pantry, ensuring we do not waste a single moment of the journey.

Day 2

Andrach - Cala Benirràs

58.3 nautical miles

Departing from Palma, we head southwest to reach the port of Andratx, where mooring will be no issue. Some consider it one of the most charming harbors on the island, as despite offering numerous services for tourists, it still retains the essence of a traditional fishing port. And nothing is more comforting than enjoying a good coffee while watching the boats return with the day’s catch.

Day 3

Cala Benirràs - Sant Antoni

12.5 nautical miles

From the peaceful bay of Andratx, we make the leap to the island of celebration: Ibiza. Our welcoming spot is the spectacular Benirràs Cove, known worldwide for its stunning sunsets and the drum party held on summer Sundays, with a hippie atmosphere that enchants those lucky enough to witness it. Anchoring our rental boat in this bay and experiencing the sunset show is one of the greatest luxuries in the world. Its crystal-clear waters and rocky seabed make Benirràs Cove a perfect place for snorkeling, so do not forget your gear and dive in to observe the marine life beneath the surface.

Day 4

Sant Antoni - Formentera

25.7 nautical miles

Leaving behind the peace of Benirràs, we sail northwest toward one of the most popular destinations in the world when it comes to nightlife: Sant Antoni. This city hosts some of the most internationally renowned nightclubs. Its entertainment venues attract tourists from all corners of the globe, making it the perfect place to experience a cosmopolitan atmosphere and witness curious spectacles if we choose to sit at one of the terraces lining the Sant Antoni promenade and become spectators of the visitors’ comings and goings.

Day 5

Formentera - Ibiza - Tagomago

25.8 nautical miles

After enjoying a splendid day in Formentera, we return to the elder sister of the Pityusic Islands, which will serve as our gateway to a luxurious treasure we’ll mention later. From Formentera, we’ll sail to the city of Ibiza, located in the southern part of the island. We can dock our rental boat without any trouble in the city’s marinas, although during high season it’s advisable to book in advance, as megayachts flood the area bringing VIPs from all over the world. One of Ibiza’s greatest charms is that, despite the influx of tourists, it still retains the essence of when it was inhabited by local farmers. There is indeed a lot of tourist development, but its old town, Dalt Vila, continues to transport us through time and preserves authenticity in its streets.

Day 6

Tagomago - Palma de Mallorca

65 nautical miles

Continuing our route, we invite you to visit a true gem of the Balearic Islands, accessible only by private boat or helicopter: Tagomago Island. This sliver of land, just 1.5 km long and a little over a hundred meters wide, is privately owned, but you can anchor around it and enjoy a delightful swim surrounded by luxury and utter tranquility. As a curiosity, there is only one building on the island: an exclusive Bauhaus-style villa that can be rented for €20,000 per day, and a lighthouse dating back to 1913.

Day 7

Palma de Mallorca (Marina)

We end this nautical itinerary through Mallorca and Ibiza at the marina of Palma. We return from an idyllic and solitary haven to a city that blends the Mediterranean air that surrounds it with the cosmopolitan spirit that has seeped into its essence. We dock our boat at its marina to bid farewell to a wonderful setting that has undoubtedly captivated us.
